Initial Consultation

During our first colsultation we will ask you a number of questions, some of which may not make sense but bare with us since we are always trying to figure out the best plan of action for now and the future. The initial consultation is free and we will always give you multiple options or methods to reach your goal while making sure you understand every option in its entirety and giving you the final say. As with life, there are always multiple ways to succeed, it just depends on time, cost and functionality.

Progress Reports

Depending on which service you use, rest assured that you will be updated as our work progresses. We want to make sure that we answer all questions and concerns while we are doing the work so you are never wondering what is going on or if you made the right choice. Our service contracts will be clear and easy to understand, repairs will be accuratly estimated and you will be updated if there are any issues or changes, Even down to appointments, we understand that communications and expectations are critical to your planning.
